And my weight loss has been going ok. It has slowed down in recent weeks but if truth be told I have not put a 100% in like I was. My total is up to 24lb in 13 weeks. I need 3lb off to get my 10% keybring and 4lb off to have lost 2 stone. I need around 7lb off to be back at my pre-pregnancy weight. I think that would be a very good goal to aim at! Still really good weight loss.
I have recently been put on Metformin to help with my PCOS. It has dramatically reduced my appitite and has had some strange side effects - sickness and the runs being just two.
I will eventually be upto 3 tablets a day, at the moment I am on one tablet for a week then will up it to two for a week and then finally up it again to 3 tablets for the remander of my time on them and by the sounds of things I will be on these for a long time.
